Mommy's High School Reunion & Alumni Game

A few weekends ago was a very special weekend for Mommy. It was her 10th high school reunion!! Since many of her friends were making the travel home, they all decided to play in a scrimage water polo game against the current high school team. There were players from all graduating years. Melanie, Pam, Kate and Mommy played while Auntie Shawna cheered them on. I know you won't believe it, but the old folks won! We were all quite proud. Mommy quickly learned that she is too old to play!! :) That night they went to the reunion while I stayed at home with papa and omi. I heard that they had lots of fun!!

During the fall daddy plays softball on Thursday nights. Sometimes he has early games and mommy takes me to watch him play. This week he played catcher so that I could wave to him. I thought it was SOOO much fun!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!

This year mommy and daddy were very excited about Halloween because I could walk and go trick-or-treating. Little did they know that I would NOT LIKE IT AT ALL!! Mommy was very excited because Aunt Andrea had read about trick-or-treating in Montrose. They were so excited to try it out. Captain Destructo (aka. Ryder) loved it! He got lots of candies for the mommies and daddies! I hung out in the wagon or with mommy most of the time. Hopefully next year will be better!!

LOBSTER!

This weekend when I was down at Omi's and Papa D's house I got to play with a new kind of pet! One of Papa D's friends, Tito, caught lobster on Saturday morning and decided to share two of them with us. Mommy was too creeped out to show them to me, but daddy let Ryder and I pet them and play with them (before everyone ate them!) It was pretty neat!

School Halloween Party

On Friday my class had a Halloween party. I dressed up as a cowgirl! Mommy didn't have work (because of Nevada Day) so she came to do a craft with my friends and I. We made spider webs... they are SOOO neat! :) Here are some pictures from our party!

Halloween Town

This weekend mommy and daddy took me to "Halloween Town!" It was really neat. I got to go on a bunch of rides with daddy and ride a REAL pony!! I hope that I get to go back again soon. I didn't know that Halloween could be this fun!!

So Ang, Dave and Chase bought me a toy pony for my birthday. Right away I knew I would love it. Recently learned how to climb on and off by myself. It makes it easier for me to play! Here is a silly video of me and my pony!!

There is a new park by our house that I love to go to. Lately we have been home more, so mommy and daddy have been taking me a lot. I don't know what I like better the slide or the swings... maybe the slide. In fact, I don't want to wait to go out and around the slide to go down again. I just want to walk up the slide (after all it is quicker, right?)

Puzzle Matching

I really like playing with puzzles and reading books. Last Saturday morning mommy and daddy taught me how to match animals. I LOVE playing with puzzles.

Recently my school

had "school picture day". Mommy and daddy thought it would be no big deal! WRONG!! Mommy says her favorite is my class picture! Everyone thinks the pictures are too cute. These are a picture of the picture, so they are not of the same quality.... but you get the idea. SOOOO funny.

On Sunday after mommy's race, daddy and mommy thought it would be fun to take me for a day out. Boy were they right. We went to a place called The Springs Preserve. It has animals and lots of fun things for us to do. I had a great time playing around! As you can tell, so did mommy and daddy!
