Auntie Shawna

This weekend my auntie Shawna came to visit me! I was so happy to see her! We had fun swimming and playing together. I hope she comes back soon.

Swimming!!!

This weekend mommy and daddy warmed up our pool! I was so excited to get to go swimming for the first time. Here are few pictures of me getting ready, in my new float and my special floaty swim suit. I loved being in the water, splashing, kicking myself in circles and playing with the waterfalls. I hope mommy and daddy let me swim again soon!

EASTER!!!

I had so much fun this easter! The Easter Bunny brought me and Ryder a bunch of new books. I was so happy! Here are a few pictures of daddy and I opening my Easter baskets, hanging out, and going on an Easter egg hunt! I had so much fun!

Boys, boys, boys

When we got back from our big group ride daddy, uncle Travis and grandpa D went out for a ride to help daddy practice for racing. Mommy has no idea what happened, but somehow daddy snapped an axle. Here are some pictures of the damage. Daddy and Kyle rode about 3 miles back hanging off the edge so that the front right side was slightly off the ground. Oh geez!!

Camping in Dove Springs

Uncle Travis got me new baby hearing production for when we go in the buggies! Aunt Andrea made sure he got me hot pink! I just love them. Here are pictures of mommy and I getting ready for our ride to the brewery, our group photo half way (mommy and I are still in the car... I was sleeping!), and our group stopped outside the brewery. On the way home I rode with grandma because grandpa's car is a little smoother than mommy's!!! Camping is funny!

8 months old!!

Our baby girl is getting bigger and bigger every day. She loves to stand, jump in her jumperoo, listen to stories and play. She now rocks on all fours and wants to roll around, but hasn't got it all figured out yet! We are having so much watching her grow! She is such a blessing.

Mommy & Daddy's anniversary

This past Tuesday it was mommy and daddy's anniversary. I took a few pictures with them before daddy took mommy on a date night. He surprised her and took her to dinner and the Phantom of the Opera! (We had so much fun!!)

Mommy's cousin is here!

This weekend mommy's cousin Julie came up to help out and play. It was her spring break too!! I was really happy to see her because this meant I had another friend to play with. Thanks cuz Julie!!!

THE EASTER BUNNY!!

Today mommy, cousin Julie and daddy took me to meet the Easter Bunny. I thought that he was just FANTASTIC!! I was laughing and having so much fun. Mommy had to pull me away. I could have played all day!!

Chickies!!!

Recently some teachers at mommy's school hatched some baby chicks. She wanted me to come and see them. Little did she know I wanted to play with them WAY more than she knew. They were so fuzzy and soft. Maybe daddy will get me a chick and a pony!! :) (P.S. It was Pajama day at mommys school!!)

Free at last

Great news! We were released from the hospital this morning! It is great to be at home. These pictures are of Makenna in our own version of a "bath tub!" She had been in the hospital so long without a bath that her eczema was out of control (you can see the red patches on her legs). We decided that she needed one, but had no way to give one to her... until we saw the pink bucket. These were too funny not to share! Enjoy!

Special Treats!

Mommy and Daddy felt bad that I was back in the hospital so they decided to give me a few treats! Daddy thought it was a great idea to give me my first taste of vanilla ice cream! I think that I am going to follow in mommy's footsteps and LOVE ice cream!

I also got to go on my first wagon ride. The pediatric floor has wagons for us sickies to ride around in. Grandma pulled me around while mommy followed with my IV pole! Daddy finally got a little nap in!! I had a pretty good time checking all the sights out!

Oh hospital, oh hospital

As many of you have heard, I am sickie again! Mommy, Daddy and Grandma C. brought me back to the hospital on Thursday night when my fever was back to 105 degrees. I was admitted because my white cell count was high, I had a fever and bronchitis to top it all off! We are hoping that I will break out of here today... as long as I start eating. Recently I decided I didn't feel like drinking my milk. It is mommy's misison now to get me to eat! Keep your fingers crossed that I will leave soon!

In these pictures I am taking my breating treatments and waving hi to everyone. We stopped using a mask and began simply blowing the medicine in my face. I thought it would be fun to eat the tubing. Mommy thought it would be silly to talk to me threw the tube! What a silly mommy!! We enjoyed time hanging out as one tired family!
